What is GhostRate™?

GotGhosted's proprietary scoring algorithm assigns every company a percentage representing how frequently they fail to communicate with candidates. Lower is better. Scores are Bayesian-smoothed and tiered by confidence: Verified (20+ submissions), Emerging (5–19), Limited (1–4).

The algorithm measures five proprietary dimensions — Ghosting Frequency, Stage Severity, Process Integrity, Communication Quality, and Offer Integrity — each weighted to reflect the relative impact on candidate experience.
