1. Nature of Submissions
All content submitted to GotGhosted represents the personal opinions, recollections, and reported experiences of individual users. Submissions are not independently verified, fact-checked, or confirmed by GotGhosted Inc.
2. Truthfulness and Accuracy
You represent and warrant that:
- →Every factual statement in your submission is true and accurate to the best of your personal knowledge
- →You are not knowingly including false statements of fact
- →Your submission describes events that actually occurred and that you personally witnessed or experienced
- →You have not fabricated, embellished, or materially distorted the events described
- →Where you express opinions, they are your genuine, good-faith opinions based on actual experience
3. Confidentiality Obligations
Your submission must not violate any existing legal obligation:
- →Your submission does not disclose information protected by a confidentiality agreement, NDA, or non-disparagement clause
- →Your submission does not disclose trade secrets or proprietary business information
- →Your submission does not violate any settlement agreement or legal order
If uncertain whether your submission violates a legal obligation, consult an attorney before submitting.
4. No Personal Identification
Your submission must not:
- →Name or identify any individual recruiter, hiring manager, or employee
- →Include personal contact information for any individual
- →Target a specific individual rather than the company's systemic hiring practices
5. GhostRate™ Score Impact
You understand that your submission contributes to an aggregated GhostRate™ score. No individual submission is displayed or attributable to you. GotGhosted applies Bayesian smoothing to reduce outlier impact and reserves the right to adjust or exclude submissions determined to be inauthentic.
6. Prohibited Submissions
- →Submissions containing knowingly false statements of fact
- →Submissions made as part of a coordinated campaign to damage a company's reputation
- →Submissions made by or on behalf of a competitor of the named company
- →Submissions that include hate speech, discriminatory content, or personal harassment
- →Duplicate or substantially similar submissions from the same user about the same company

8. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of your submission. If a company or individual suffers harm as a result of a false or unlawful submission you made, you may be personally liable. GotGhosted will cooperate with lawful requests from courts, law enforcement, and parties asserting valid legal claims regarding specific submissions.
9. Removal of Submissions
GotGhosted reserves the right to remove any submission for credible evidence of falsity, a valid legal demand, violation of these terms, or a determination of bad faith. Users may request removal of their own submissions by emailing submissions@gotghosted.io.
10. Agreement
By clicking “Submit Report” on the GotGhosted platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Submission Terms in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding.
